eShop - Brief instructions

The five steps to ordering::

1. The ordering process always starts via the item search.
You can find any products via the item search.
The item search takes place according to your settings in the item number, description, customer item number (= your internal item number, as far as you entered these in previous sessions), or alternative item number. You then get a hit list of the items found.

1.a. The quick entry option is for experienced users. Here you simply enter the amount of items, followed by a plus sign, followed by the item number, into the search field. Then press the "search" button. If your selection was clear, then the item and amount is placed directly into your shopping basket.

Example: 10 x the item "DN 1212 MS" are to be ordered.

2. Now you can place items from the hit list directly into your shopping cart. Enter the amount of the to be ordered item into the amount field and by clicking the "Add to shopping cart", the items are placed into your shopping cart. When you have added items to your shopping cart, an automatic confirmation screen will appear. Here you can then decide whether you wish to continue searching for further items, or see the contents of your shopping cart.

3. In your shopping cart you have the possibility of changing the amount of items you wish to order or even deleting items. You can also glance at the contents of your shopping cart by selecting the "Shopping cart" option from the menu. What is more, you can go directly to the order form via the shopping cart.

4. The order form will show you your order again, and then you enter your personal order details. Please take note of the details in the order form. To confirm the final order, you click the "Order!" button.

5. Your order is now being processed. You will receive a confirmation page of your order. By selecting "Sign out", you can leave the Landefeld eShop. Subsequent to further processing, you will receive an order confirmation via fax.
