HSS-G:
Point angle: 118°, surface: bare. Ground twist drills made of high performance, high-speed steel with milled flutes. Use for steel, cast steel alloys and non-alloys (<900 N/mm² tensile strength), grey-, malleable, ductile, cast and sintered iron, nickel silver, graphite and short cutting aluminium alloys, brass and bronze.
HSS-G Co 5 (HSS-E):
Point angle: 130°, surface: bare. Ground twist drill made of high performance, high-speed steel (cobalt alloy) with high rotation precision and high heat resistance. Use for steel, cast steel alloys and non-alloys (<1100 N/mm² tensile strength), grey-, malleable, ductile, cast and sintered iron, nickel silver, graphite and short cutting aluminium alloys, brass and bronze. In addition, can also be used as warn and cold working steels, as well as rust and acid-resistant steels (stainless steels V2A / V4A).
