Made of steel wire, the self re-tensioning hose clip can handle pressures up to a max. 4 bar. To open the clamp, simply use pliers to press the clamp's legs together. The clamp tightens itself by spring force, and so holds hoses safely and reliably, even in a widely fluctuating range of temperatures, and materials with a high thermal expansion coefficient. Prior to finalising a connection, we recommend a thorough inspection of the clamp strength.
