The material of the piston rod helps in remanufacturing worn out piston rods of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders. The material can be processed and welded using commercially available tools.

Surface quality:
Ground and hard chromium plated, surface roughness max. 0.25 µm
min. chromium coating thickness:
20 µm (Ø 8 - 16: 13 µm)
Rod length:
5.0 - 6.5 mtr. (Ø 8 - 14: 2.7 - 3.3 mtr.) (Cuts possible)
Customised manufacturing:
We manufacture your piston rods according to your details. For this purpose, we require a drawing or a specimen.
