Ball valve
Materials:
Body: nickel-plated brass, ball: hard chromium plated brass, seal: PTFE / FKM (only silicone-free seals and lubricants are used during assembly)
Temperature range:
-20°C to max. +160°C (G 1/4" - G 3/8" & G 2-1/2" - G 3": -20°C to max. +120°C), gas: -20°C to max. +60°C
Media:
Water, compressed air, vacuum (max. -0.9 bar), oils, fuels, fuel oil, solvents, weak acids and alkalis, G 1/2” - G 2”: Gases in accordance with the DVGW worksheet (e.g. natural gas, city gas, liquefied gas up to 5 bar)
Rotary actuator
Design:
ATEX-compliant Ex II 2GD c 85° C (drive with size 12 or greater: Ex II 2GD c 110° C)
Materials:
Body: anodised aluminium, rack and piston: aluminium, cover: acetal resin, seal: NBR
Temperature range:
-20°C to +80°C
Control pressure:
6 to 10 bar (lower pressures on request)
Optional:
FKM seal (-20°C up to max. +120°C) -V
Warning:
In case of high media temperatures, the actuator must be cooled if necessary!
