The 15 employees from this department have a wide range of activities. Customer acquisition, support of existing customers, development of solution proposals, preparation of offers, technical advice, shipping and sales are only some of them. And they do all of this multilingual.
In their daily dealings with customers, our colleagues always have the international customs as well as the laws, such as export and customs regulations for the respective countries in mind. Intercultural competence is also an important issue here, because every country has its own customs, traditions and manners. What goes down well with an Italian customer may not be in demand with a Dutch one the next moment.
With all the different requirements which our international sales team masters with bravura, our employees always have one thing in mind. Customer satisfaction! It does not matter from which corner of the world the customer comes.
