Flange seals, sealing paper & flat seals
Sealing paper and cork in various material thicknesses are excellently suited to make flat seals or surface seals in almost any desired shape. For seal repairs of older machines, motors (oldtimers) or gearboxes, for which there are no longer spare parts available, cutting the seal with scissors or knife is a common repair method. Depending on the application it is however recommended to use liquid/paste seals from Loxeal or Loctite, which solidify after application. To seal EN or DIN flanges, we offer for each nominal width the suitable punched seals made of C 4400 or silicone. For complex flange dimensions or especially large flanges we recommend self-adhering PTFE flat sealing tape.
