The couplings of nominal width 12 mm are only available in brass and are coupled by simply plugging in the coupling plug. Decoupling is done by pulling the sleeve on the coupling. The coupling sockets closes automatically after decoupling. This extremely robust coupling is equipped with a protective elastomer ring, which protects the coupling from damage through deformation from a possible fall to the floor.
