Screw tap & Round dies

Here you will find tools for cutting metric and imperial threads (fine threads and standard threads). The screw tap and round dies are available either as individual parts or as complete sets. Female threads are cut with manual screw taps (DIN 352 / DIN 2181) tap wrenches or tool holders manually, alternatively with machine taps (DIN 371 / DIN 376 / DIN 5156) also with tap wrenches/tool holders manually or by machine in a drill chuck. Machine taps are available as throughway (without coiling) or blind hole (with coiling) taps. Male threads are cut with round dies in die holders (DIN 225). We recommend using a good cutting oil for successful cutting results.
