IQS stainless steel & polypropylene push-in fittings for the semiconductor industry - PP (4-12 mm)

IQS-push-in connections of the PP series were developed specifically for use in the semi-conductor industry by globally leading manufacturer Sang-A. They are produced in the clean room out of FDA-compliant, hydrolysis-resilient materials free from oil and silicon, and individually welded in. The conical screw-in threads are available either of polypropylene or stainless steel, have no PTFE-coating, and therefore must be applied with sufficient sealing agent before screwing in. The transparent plastic body permits a view of the medium. The mechanical properties of the material polypropylene makes the maximal operating pressure strongly dependent on temperature.
